- Small bowl for honey
- Heart-shaped cheese board (a wooden board will also be fine)
- Flowers for filling in empty spaces and decoration
- Wine glasses for making salami roses
- Heart-shaped cookie cutter for cutting cheese into heart shapes

- Boursin (soft cheese)
- Grapefruit – Sliced and cut into semi-circles
- Orange – Sliced and cut into semi-circles
Valentine’s Charcuterie Method
Step 1. Cheese
Start your board off by laying the most important ingredients first… the cheeses!
Choose opposite corners to lay your cheese for an aesthetically pleasing look.
Step 2. Savory Meats

- Continue layering round and round the rim until you’ve used approximately 10-18 slices of salami
- Turn the wine glass upside down and place it onto a flat surface.
