How To Make A Salami Rose
To make a salami rose you will need
- Salami slices (10-18 slices)
- Wine Glass
Step 1. First Layer
To begin your salami rose start by laying salami slices over the rim of a wine glass with a slight overlap until the rim of the glass is fully covered.
Step 2. Building Layers
Continue in the same way with the second layer and so on until you have built up 4-5 layers
Step 3. Turning The Glass Upside Down
Now lay your hand over the top of the wine glass to support the meat slices as you turn the glass upside down onto your charcuterie board. Lift the glass up and you will have created a beautiful rose!
